About the Role
Jobseeker Company is on a mission to empower job seekers through innovative digital solutions. We are looking for a Product Owner to take ownership of one of our products. You will be the bridge between business goals and technical execution, driving the development of our product in a fast-paced agile environment.
This role is onsite in South Jakarta. Reporting to Head of Product, you will be working closely with a cross-functional team including UI/UX Designers, Project Manager, and Engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product backlog
- Translate product vision and roadmap into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize backlog items based on business value, user needs, and technical feasibility.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review sessions within the Scrum framework.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX Designers, Project Manager, and Engineering team to deliver high-quality product experiences.
- Serve as the voice of the user gather and integrate feedback from stakeholders and real users.
- Monitor KPIs and app performance to identify improvement areas and opportunities.
- Work with the Head of Product to align execution with the overall product strategy.
Requirements
Must-Have:
- 23 years of experience as a Product Owner in HR product or in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience managing mobile application development (Android/iOS).
- Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodology.
- Proven experience writing clear user stories, managing backlogs, and facilitating sprint ceremonies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working onsite in Jakarta.
