Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Owner B2B, located in Tebet. The Product Owner will oversee product management tasks, including defining product vision, prioritizing features, and ensuring business goals are met. The role involves conducting market research, gathering customer requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the quality of software development projects. The Product Owner is responsible for creating and maintaining the product backlog, analyzing business needs, and effectively communicating with stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Product Management and familiarity with creating and managing product roadmaps and backlogs.
- Solid Communication skills to engage and collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams effectively.
- Basic knowledge of Software Development processes and methodologies.
- Experience working in B2B especially ATS & HRIS environments is preferred.
- Educational background in Information System, Technology, or a related field is an advantage.
