Job Description

About The Role:

  • Monitor ticketing systems and escalate issues as needed.
  • Support product research activities, including data gathering and analysis to improve product operations.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and documenting incidents.
  • Support dashboard monitoring and issue tracking.
  • Help update product data and configurations.
  • Maintain and organize product documentation and process SOP.
  • Collaborate with teams for issue resolution.
  • Manage communication with users regarding system maintenance, issue resolution, and general inquiries to ensure smooth product experience.

About You:

  • Basic troubleshooting and issue escalation skills.
  • Basic programming knowledge is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with SQL for simple queries.
  • Understanding of Agile workflows.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Detail-oriented and eager to learn.
  • Experience with JIRA is a plus.
