We are looking for a
Product Operations professional to bridge
Product, Engineering, QA, and Operations for the Stockbit platform. This role ensures that product features, trading flows, and operational processes run
smoothly, compliantly, and at scale, especially in a highly regulated capital markets environment.
You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Business, Customer Support, and Compliance teams to operationalize product launches, improve trading workflows, monitor incidents, and continuously optimize user and internal operational experience. Strong knowledge about the capital markets will form the ideal candidate.
Responsibilities
- Own and improve end-to-end operational workflows for trading products (onboarding, KYC, funding, trading, settlement, corporate actions, reporting).
- Translate product requirements into clear operational SOPs, runbooks, and internal documentation.
- Support product launches by ensuring operational readiness (process, tooling, people, compliance).
- Act as a bridge between Product, Engineering, Compliance, Risk, and Customer Experience.
- Partner with Product Managers to identify operational gaps and propose scalable solutions.
- Work with Engineering to triage operational issues, bugs, and edge cases affecting users.
- Monitor day-to-day trading operations, system performance, and operational KPIs.
- Handle and coordinate incident management (trade failures, reconciliation issues, system downtime).
- Perform root cause analysis and drive preventive improvements.
- Continuously improve and automate manual processes using internal tools, dashboards, or workflows.
- Identify opportunities to reduce operational risk, cost, and turnaround time.
- Build and maintain dashboards for operational metrics and product health.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Operations, Business Operations, or similar roles.
- Experience in fintech, stock trading, brokerage, capital markets, or financial services is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with trading flows (order placement, matching, settlement, corporate actions) is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with data, dashboards, and metrics.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and operational rigor.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
- Experience working with product tools (Jira, Confluence, Notion, etc.).
- Comfortable with SQL, Excel/Sheets, or BI tools (Looker, Metabase, Tableau) is a plus.
- Understanding of APIs, system flows, and technical documentation.
- Experience with incident management or production support.
