What will you do:

• Optimize trading configurations.
• Analyze trading or tracing issues in real-time, giving applicable solutions to minimize disruptions.
• Provide hands-on operational support, including troubleshooting system issues and conducting reconciliation checks.
• Leverage financial knowledge to interpret and validate report content.
• Regularly audit and maintain accuracy of operational and financial reports.

What you will need:

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Trading Operations, Product Operations, Dealing, Settlement, Business Operations, or a related role.
• Experience working with trading platforms, financial systems, or operational support functions.
• Experience in reconciliation, reporting, and operational process improvement initiatives.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Operations, Product, Technology, and Finance.
• Experience in the Forex, Financial Services, Capital Markets, or Fintech industry is an advantage.
