Team and Role Introduction:

Lazada is looking for a Product Operations & Partnerships, Manager to drive the adoption and growth of LazPayLater, Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) product which spans across Southeast Asia. As part of the Regional LazPayLater Team, you will be the key personnel to ensure the smooth-running operations of our lending business. You will be the main interface between Lazada and our key partners in South East Asia and responsible for the entire collaboration well-being and foster good and trusted working relationship with our partners. You are a people person and a desired team player for the regional and local country teams and a hands-on project manager to manage projects and implement the product roadmap and plans in tandem with our partners.

Responsibilities:

-Manage the entire end-to-end cooperation process of our LazPayLater Buy Now Pay Later business together with our Partners in the region.

-Role encompass but not limited to, deep-diving into the overall business model communication with our partners, discuss product development plan, data sharing exchange, user affiliate program, marketing collaboration, risk and credit modelling, disputes handling, customer service as well as legal and compliance matters.

-Work with our partners to plan and launch impactful campaigns to increase overall penetration and usage of LazPaylater in SEA.

-Report and analyse the overall user journey and funnel conversions and optimize campaigns to improve the overall conversion rates and KPI.

-Contribute and influence the product roadmap together with our product development and technology team to improve overall user experience, develop product features and product operational tools to improve the overall product user conversions and KPI.

-Deep understanding of marketing conversation funnel and user behaviour metrics with the ability to analyse current user retention, traffic and optimize campaigns and using tools to increase the user penetration of LazPaylater in the SEA.

-To plan and execute marketing campaigns and projects with relevant cross-function domains to increase overall reach and visibility of LazPaylater product internally as well as working with external LazPayLater.

Requirements/Qualifications(must have):

1. 5+ years experience in a product operations, partnerships and/ or marketing function within the technology sector, financial services, fintech sector or e-commerce platform preferred.

2. Proficient in data analytical skills and deep understanding of the key conversion metrics.

3. Effective communication skills with the ability to influence and partner with cross functions domains regionally.

4. Strong multitasking skills with the ability to project manage across multiple work streams and requirements.

Able to work independently and adapt to a fast and dynamic work environment with a high focus in end-results and bottom-line goals
