Role Description

The Product Operations Executive will play a crucial role in managing and improving product workflows and operational efficiency. This full-time, on-site role is based in Kelapa Gading, and involves day-to-day tasks such as overseeing product operations, conducting market research, and ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams and stakeholders. The position also requires effective communication and problem-solving to optimize product-related processes and foster customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist in product planning, development, and lifecycle management for travel products (tour packages, flights, hotels, and related services)
  • Coordinate closely with product managers, operations, sales, marketing, and customer service teams
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback, booking data, and market trends in the travel industry
  • Support travel product launches, updates, pricing changes, and product documentation
  • Monitor product performance such as sales, margins, customer satisfaction, and conversion rates
  • Oversee daily operational activities related to travel product delivery and bookings
  • Ensure operational processes comply with company policies, SOPs, and service quality standards
  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, tour operators, vendors, and internal teams
  • Monitor timelines, booking workflows, and resource allocation
  • Identify operational gaps and support continuous process improvements
  • Prepare operational, sales, and product performance reports
  • Maintain accurate travel product data, itineraries, SOPs, and operational records
  • Support cross-department communication to ensure smooth product execution
  • Track operational or product-related issues and follow up until resolution

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, Management, or a related field
  • 4-7 years of experience in thetravel industry
  • Good understanding of travel products such as tour packages, flights, hotels, and visa processes
  • Strong coordination and communication skills with internal teams and external vendors
  • Ability to analyze booking data, customer feedback, and market trends
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple bookings and tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office (especially Excel for reporting)
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience coordinating with airlines, hotels, tour operators, or ground handlers is a plus
  • Familiarity with reservation systems or travel platforms is an advantage
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
