Product Operations Executive

We're looking for an Associate Product Operations to support our product team in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. You'll work closely with product, engineering, business and operational teams to help turn ideas into organized, executable work across our internal platforms.

Job Description:

• Coordinating with product team, technical team, local operational team for any operational stuff and issue.
• Analyzing data to help product management make better-informed decisions
• Help maintain and organize JIRA tickets, product docs, and requirements
• Track product issues and bugs, escalating clearly to the right people
• Pull and organize product usage and operational data for the team
• Prepare simple reports, summaries, and documentation for stakeholders
• Assist with vendor and integration coordination as needed
• Take on ad-hoc projects that support the wider product roadmap

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Preferred 1-2 years of experience in product ops or IT in tech companies or startups with strong operational background.
• Excellent English proficiency.
• A passion for delivering an outstanding user experience.
• Clear communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Eager to learn tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• A structured, proactive mindset — you like bringing order to messy things.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with product or project management tools.
• Interest in hospitality tech, travel, or SaaS.
• Exposure to AI tools for productivity.
