Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from any major related to product and marketing
• At least min. 2 years of experience in developing products and brand marketing in the FMCG/Personal Care industries
• In-depth understanding of the beauty industry trends, consumer preferences and insight, and competitive landscape
• Strong marketing knowledge to create effective product marketing strategies, including digital marketing, campaign management, both online and offline, and its analytics.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong in team management and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Monitor project progress and ensure all timelines are achieved according to the launch target.
• Coordinate and align with cross-functional teams regarding project needs and updates.
• Identify project issues and provide effective and timely solutions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new product opportunities.
• Oversee the product development process from concept, formula, packaging, to final approval.
• Analyze sales data, market insights, and consumer research results to support product strategies
