Product Marketing Specialist

Job Description:

• Build, maintain, and develop long-term professional relationships with architects and consultants
• Conduct product presentations and introductions to architects and design consultants
• Act as a product consultant, providing solutions rather than engaging in direct sales activities
• Provide specification support, including material selection, product applications, and technical details
• Prepare and present technical and design materials such as product samples, catalogs etc
• Participate in architecture-related events such as seminars, exhibitions, and lunch & learn sessions
• Gather and monitor project information with potential product application opportunities
• Serve as a liaison between architects and internal teams (technical, marketing, and sales) to ensure project requirements are properly addressed

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in any major
• Proven experience in product marketing, technical sales, or consulting (experience in building materials is a strong advantage)
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to architects and design consultants
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Detail oriented
