Step up as our Product Marketing Manager for TR Mortar
Responsibilities:
- Drive deep market and customer understanding by monitoring construction trends, competitor strategies, and customer pain points across masons, contractors, architects, developers, and distribution partners.
- Convert market insights and Voice of Customer (VOC) into clear product requirements, value propositions, and inputs for product development and innovation.
- Lead product strategy and positioning, including portfolio optimization, competitive gap analysis, and collaboration with R&D and Operations for new product launches or improvements.
- Develop and manage pricing strategies, conduct margin and profitability analysis, and work closely with Finance to ensure strong business performance.
- Lead GotoMarket execution by defining target segments, creating launch campaigns, coordinating crossfunctional teams, and enabling Sales through training and sales tools.
- Strengthen channel marketing across general trade, retail, and distribution by managing promotions, dealer programs, merchandising, and brand visibility.
- Build strong productlevel brand presence by developing social media presence, digital content, technical materials, and sustainability messaging to reinforce differentiation in the market.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering with 5+ years of experience in brand, product or trade marketing; candidates from nonconstruction materials industries are welcome if they have a strong engineering education background
- Strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and ability to convert technical product features into clear customer value.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership capabilities.
- Digitally savvy, willing to do field visits, and able to collaborate closely with Sales, R&D, and Operations teams.
