Identify and evaluate new product opportunities through market research, consumer insights, and competitor benchmarking; support end-to-end product launch readiness.
Lead and execute product launch campaigns, including roadshows, in-store activations, and digital communication alignment to strengthen product awareness and conversion.
Analyze consumer behaviors, buying patterns, and demographic characteristics to ensure accurate channel and product mapping for effective distribution strategies.
Oversee and optimize product introductions, ensuring sales acceleration through strategic positioning, pricing, and promotional initiatives.
Monitor competitor activities and campaigns, providing actionable insights for pricing strategy, promotional mechanics, and market differentiation.
Collaborate closely with the Market Analyst Team to implement and refine PSI (Production, Sales, Inventory) strategies and ensure product availability aligns with market demand.
Develop product performance reports, identifying growth opportunities and recommending improvements across product mix, promotional plans, and channel effectiveness.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing, brand management, or category management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Proficient in data analysis, with the ability to interpret insights and translate them into actionable product strategies.
Hands-on experience in project management, including campaign execution and cross-team coordination.
Strong presentation and storytelling skills for internal and external audiences.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with analytics tools is a plus.
