Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Production Manager, based in Bintan. The Production Manager will oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficient processes, quality control, and compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, optimizing resource utilization, supervising teams, identifying areas for process improvement, and ensuring equipment maintenance and functionality. The role also involves collaboration with multiple departments to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in production management and understanding of manufacturing processes in the active ingredients industry (manufacture)
• Strong Leadership and technical skills in equipment operation, maintenance, and knowledge of GMP/HACCP
• Proficiency in team management, leadership, and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organizational abilities
• Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards in the production industry
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting for production tracking and process optimization
• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Bioprocess, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Experience min 3 years and familiar with manufacture processing equipment (e.g., spray dryers or vibro separators) is a plus
