About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Product Marketing Executive (Laboratory) to drive product positioning, market development, and commercial success for our laboratory product portfolio. This role will work closely with Sales, Application Specialists, and principals/vendors to develop effective marketing strategies and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product marketing plans to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer needs assessments to identify business opportunities.
- Create product positioning, value propositions, and marketing materials for laboratory products and solutions.
- Support product launches, promotional campaigns, seminars, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.
- Provide product training and marketing support to the sales team.
- Collaborate with principals, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful product commercialization.
- Monitor product performance, market trends, and customer feedback to recommend strategic actions.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business reviews, and product performance reports.
- Support tender activities and product-related documentation when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Science, Pharmacy, Medical Laboratory Technology, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, Application Specialist, or Sales within the laboratory, diagnostics, life science, or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of laboratory workflows, scientific instruments, reagents, or diagnostic products is preferred.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and business acumen.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Willing to travel for customer visits, product training, and industry events.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, is an advantage.
