Product Marketing Intern

About the Role

We're looking for a Product Marketing Intern to join our team and help drive growth through creative campaigns and product initiatives. In this role, you'll work closely with Product Owners and Business Teams to support daily campaign operations — from planning and execution to performance tracking.

You'll get hands-on experience in executing marketing campaigns, exploring new ideas to boost acquisition and retention, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Creative, Product, and Analytics. This role is perfect for students or fresh graduates who are passionate about digital marketing, user growth, and data-driven decision making.

What you'll do:

• Assist the product owners in a day-to-day campaign or experiment operations, from planning to reporting.
• Work together with the product and business teams to explore new initiatives to drive acquisition and retention.
• Execute monthly promotional campaigns and monitor the performance of those campaigns on a weekly basis.
• Work with the creative team to produce the assets and copy needed for the campaigns.
• Plan out the campaign calendar for in-app (PN, Inbox, Banner, etc.) & social media channels with the respective teams.
• Other ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed by the team

What you'll need:

• Final semester student or a recent university graduate.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously
• Analytical mindset with basic understanding of marketing performance metrics
• Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Prior internship experience in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, PMM, Growth, or Analytics) is highly preferred.
• Basic Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
