  • Manage budget allocation and prioritize investments to support business growth.
  • Translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans and timelines.
  • Define and monitor key business metrics (CA, GTV, Retention) to drive performance.
  • Develop business cases and conduct ROI and cost-benefit analyses to support decision-making.
  • Prioritize and validate product features in collaboration with the IT team.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Operations, Principals, and Creative, to ensuresmooth project execution.
  • Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategies, campaign planning, and post-launch performance evaluation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Go-to-Market Strategy, Principal Management, Customer Marketing, or Trade Marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Excellent teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities, leadership presence, and sounddecision-making skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights for businessdecisions.
  • Solid marketing and commercialization capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with agility and adaptability.
  • Willing to be placed under PT Kimu Andalan Nusantara (KIMU).
