Product Manager

This is a full-time, on-site Product Manager role located in Tangerang, Indonesia. The Product Manager will oversee the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs. Responsibilities include market research, product development, pricing strategies, and cross-departmental coordination to achieve business goals. The Product Manager is expected to support sales and marketing teams with product insights and contribute to achieving the company's growth objectives.

• Strong analytical and market research skills to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
• Product development, pricing strategy, and project management capabilities.
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with the food production or bakery ingredients industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Food Technology, or a related field.
