Product Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as Product Manager, Product Owner, or related role.
• Experience in AI-driven products, automotive, connected car, or technology-based products.
• Experienced in product planning, backlog management, user story creation, acceptance criteria, and feature prioritization.
• Strong experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and translating business needs into product requirements.
• Experienced in Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with basic to strong SQL skills.
• Good communication skills with written and spoken English proficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business, customer, and stakeholder requirements.
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, and backlog items.
• Manage and prioritize product backlog based on business needs, customer feedback, data, and product strategy.
• Develop product plans, priorities, implementation strategies, and success criteria.
• Analyze As-Is/To-Be processes, identify gaps, and propose product or process improvements.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, Business, and other stakeholders throughout product development.
• Monitor product progress, performance, risks, and implementation outcomes.
• Use data and insights to support product decisions and feature prioritization.
• Prepare product and project documentation such as BRD, user stories, process flows, SOPs, and reports.
