Product Manager Transfer, Payment & Cards

Responsibilities:

• Summarize insights from product and market analysis to develop a roadmap for the development of the products and features they manage.
• Coordinate and collaborate with relevant work units regarding the need for application system feature development.
• Map development areas and user operational needs related to product development.
• Identify user business requirements based on development areas and user operational needs.
• Interpret business requirements into product requirements.
• Communicate product requirements to developers.
• Monitor the application or related product development process based on the agreed timeline and framework.
• Coordinating the User Acceptance Test (UAT) process with relevant business units.
• Following up on customer suggestions and questions related to the application system.
• Resolving issues related to the application system reported by customers or the Bank's internal team in accordance with the SLA.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related major.
• Minimum of six years of experience in Information Technology, particularly as a product or IT project manager.
• Ability to analyze and deliver product positioning.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• General understanding of banking Information Technology.
