Product Manager

We're looking for a Product Manager who wants to build something meaningful in healthcare — not just features, but real impact.

If you enjoy turning user insights into products that actually solve problems, this role might be for you.

What You'll Do

• Define product strategy and translate business goals into clear, actionable roadmaps

• Identify bottlenecks and improve conversion (especially trial → subscriber)

• Conduct user research (doctors, healthcare professionals) to uncover real pain points

• Manage product backlog and prioritize high-impact initiatives

• Collaborate closely with medical, engineering, and marketing teams

• Lead product development from ideation to launch and iteration

• Continuously improve product through experiments and feedback loops

• Use data to drive decisions (conversion, engagement, retention)

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years experience as Product Manager / Product Owner / similar role

• Strong product thinking (you know the why, not just the what)

• Comfortable working with data and making data-driven decisions

• Familiar with Agile and tools like Jira, Notion, Trello

• Basic understanding of tech (API, backend systems; AI is a plus)

• Experience in startup / SaaS / AI / HealthTech is a big plus

• Interest in healthcare and social impact is important

Bonus if you:

• Understand healthcare workflows

• Have experience with AI/LLM products (prompting, evaluation, etc.)

Work Details

• Location: Lenteng Agung, South Jakarta (onsite)

• Working days: Mon–Fri

• Employment: Contract (6 months, potential extension)

• Performance-based bonus available
