Product Manager

About the role:

The Product Manager is a role responsible for creating, owning, and delivering digital product(s) (segmented for Sharia Banking Products & Branch Banking Products)

Qualifications :

1. Be willing to work from office in Jakarta, elevate the working culture, and provide positive feedback to our team.
2. BA/BS degree, preferably in product management.
3. 7+ years experience for Senior level for creating, delivering, and getting business results from digital products for.
4. 2+ years experience for Junior level
5. Experience at a high-growth company or start-up is a plus.
6. An understanding of agile development methodologies and the software development lifecycle is a plus.
7. Lean user testing and MVP best practices
8. A focused desire to build products and services that customers will love
9. Sound knowledge of business and technology, including the technical aspects of product development involving waterfall and agile frameworks, JIRA, SQL, UI / UX, etc.
