Role Overview
We are looking for a
Product Manager/Project Manager/Client Implementation Partner who will act as the primary bridge between our enterprise clients and Toystack's internal engineering and product teams. This is a high-impact, client-facing role that requires someone with a co-founder mindset — someone who can own requirement gathering, drive end-to-end project delivery, manage client relationships, and ensure successful outcomes with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients across the US, India, and Pacific Islands
- Lead client requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into clear execution plans and technical deliverables
- Liaise between clients and Toystack's engineering, product, and ML teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
- Own project documentation including SOWs, MSAs, NDAs, status reports, and billing coordination
- Manage escalations proactively — identify risks early and resolve them before they impact delivery
- Conduct client meetings, demos, and presentations; provide regular progress updates to stakeholders
- Develop a strong understanding of Toystack's platform, AI capabilities, and use cases to guide clients on integration
- Feed recurring delivery gaps back into the product roadmap to drive platform improvements
- Be flexible to work US time zone hours when required for active client engagements
Must-Have Requirements
- Hands-on experience speaking directly with enterprise clients for requirement gathering, coordination, and delivery — willingness to continue owning this end-to-end
- B2B background — SaaS, IT services, or AI/tech startups; B2C-only or Big Four backgrounds are not suitable
- Proven track record of driving projects end-to-end with minimal supervision and a strong ownership mindset
- Fluent in spoken and written English — essential for US client communication
- Flexibility to take US time zone calls (late evenings / early mornings) as required by active client projects
Good to Have
- Prior experience managing US enterprise clients directly
- Engineering degree (BITS Pilani type or equivalent); MBA or business education as a plus
- Startup or co-founding experience
- Exposure to AI, LLM, agentic AI, or cloud platforms
- Experience in compliance-heavy domains such as US healthcare
- Proficiency in project management tools — Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar
