Job Description

Purpose Of The Position

  • Drive, top-line growth, profitability improvement and market share increase of designated Technology/products in the area.
  • Responsibility of the product offering, influence product development and to drive competence development within the designated technology/products in the area.

Areas of responsibility

Technology strategy implementation

  • Area growth initiatives
  • Member of the global technology team
  • AP Area support regarding products in general
  • Drive own technology/products, R&D, volume and profitability
  • Follow-up competition activities and new products

Sales and delivery support

  • Best economical and technical solution for the customer need within the designated offering
  • Responsibility for supporting AP organization in launches, sales and deliveries
  • New products and concepts
  • Commercial and technical support
  • Training of Area resources

Product management

  • Ensure validity and updates of the product designs and specifications
  • Product development initiatives
  • Ensure product competitiveness in the area
  • Governance of price
  • Reference management (data collection and communication)
  • New launches and technology transfers in the Areas
  • Marketing material

Shared responsibility

  • Align targets and initiatives with GTM/GPM
  • With MSMs and/ or PSM (local or Area level)
  • Ensure success of sales for designated offerings
  • Sales planning including target setting

Requirements

Beside of your engaged, self-motivated active team player with can do attitude, you are equipped with:

  • Bachelor of Engineering or related fields.
  • 3-5 years up experience in sales professionals relating to pulp & paper business or similar.
  • Knowledge in engineering technics and interpretation to customer understanding.
  • Familiar with Indonesia business relevant laws and other Asia Pacific country is a plus.
  • Good commercial understanding and customer-oriented aligning with business direction.
  • Familiar with modern management tools and technology
  • Good at presentation / communications and decent when appearing to customer's face.
  • Good command of English.
  • Target and result oriented with team effort and team player.
  • Positive attitude and willing to develop own self and being role model.
  • Ready to travel.
