Qualifications:
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from customer discovery and requirement definition to prioritization, execution, and iteration.
- Define and drive the product roadmap aligned with VIA's strategic objectives and commercial goals.
- Translate complex business and operational challenges into clear product specifications, PRDs, and actionable requirements.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure high-quality delivery and scalable architecture decisions.
- Design and run experiments, define success metrics, and use data to validate product hypotheses.
- Manage communication and alignment with internal and external stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Monitor and analyze product performance using both quantitative metrics and qualitative insights.
- Identify risks early and propose structured, data-driven problem-solving approaches.
- Represent the product in executive reviews, strategic discussions, and customer engagements.
- Maintain strong documentation standards and ensure data-driven decision-making across teams.
- Lead and oversee supplier and merchant integrations to ensure smooth onboarding and operations.
Requirements:
- 34 years of experience as a Product Manager in SaaS, fintech, digital commerce, or platforms with complex workflows.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems logically and quantitatively.
- High learning agility with the ability to quickly understand new systems and domains.
- Proven ability to challenge assumptions, ask critical questions, and refine problem statements.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams in agile development environments.
- Strong presentation skills and confidence when engaging with senior management and external partners.
- Excellent communication skills: clear, concise, structured, and persuasive.
- Familiarity with SQL, data analysis tools, or A/B testing is a strong plus.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.
