Job Description

Job Description:

  • Design and implement product solutions to improve user experience with a specific focus on the post-purchase user journey
  • Drive operational efficiency by deeply understanding the business team's concerns and their workflow
  • Work with the design and development team to translate our consumer insights and business know-how into products and systems that are impacting users daily lives
  • Work with the business and data team to monitor product performance and iterate the design based on user feedback
  • Take ownership of the product development lifecycle and ensure timely delivery of products

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business Analytics, Statistics, Engineering or a related field A master's degree is advantageous but not required
  • Excellent analytical and logical thinking skills. Able to define and solve problems with structured, fact or data-driven approaches
  • Ability to dive deep into business scenarios and understand real pain points faced by business and users
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and manage timelines and priorities effectively
  • Prior internship or full-time working experience in either product management, operations, or process optimisation will be advantageous
