Product Manager (Operations)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Senior Product Manager in planning and executing strategies across one or more sub-domains within the Warehouse Management System.
• Define and manage product requirements, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and PRDs.
• Support the product development lifecycle from backlog grooming and sprint planning to testing and release coordination.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. engineering, design, operations) to ensure smooth and timely delivery of product features.
• Monitor product metrics and user behavior to identify performance issues and areas for improvement.
• Conduct basic research and data analysis to support product decisions and identify smaller-scale operational issues.
• Propose solutions to operational problems using technology or SOPs, in collaboration with the operations team.
• Collect and synthesize feedback from users and stakeholders to guide product enhancements.
• Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders related to assigned sub-domains or projects to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Lead small-scale initiatives or projects related to warehouse systems, from planning to execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in product management or related roles (e.g., BA, PMO, UX researcher).
• Familiar with agile workflows and tools (Jira, Trello, Figma, etc.).
• Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Good writing and communication skills (English required).
• Empathetic and collaborative with stakeholders.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• SQL knowledge, warehousing, or operational experience would be a plus.
