Product Manager

We are building a small but high performing product team: people who care about good process, build high quality products, and strive for excellence and growth. You will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities. 

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap assigned to you. We agree the direction together; how you get there is yours.
• Prioritise against that metric every quarter, and be able to say what you chose to drop.
• Run discovery with users alongside Design, and bring options with the reasoning behind the one you picked.
• Write PRDs that Engineering and Design can build from without guessing, covering edge cases and error states, then see them through to launch.
• Groom the backlog before sprint planning, every time, and hold your own in technical discussions with engineering.
• Support go-to-market with business and operations stakeholders, and own the outcome past release.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years in product management.
• Experience bringing a consumer product to market.
• Comfortable self-serving data — SQL or a BI tool — and able to define your own success metrics and the tracking behind them.
• Working knowledge of investment products, or clear evidence you can learn them quickly. Familiarity with OJK and IDX basics is a plus.
• Able to walk through a decision you made, the options you rejected, and why.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
