Role Summary

You will be responsible for driving product vision, strategy, and execution across our fintech solutions. This includes owning the end-to-end product lifecycle, aligning cross-functional teams, and delivering customer-centric innovations that are compliant, scalable, and impactful. The ideal candidate has hands-on fintech experience, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is comfortable working across multiple teams and regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product roadmap in alignment with Group strategy and market trends
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, launch, and iteration
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, compliance, marketing, and operations
  • Conduct market and user research to inform prioritization, feature development, and go-to-market strategies
  • Embed regulatory requirements (e.g. KYC, AML, data privacy) into both product features and user experience design
  • Ensure seamless integration between technical feasibility, user needs, and business goals
  • Track product performance using relevant KPIs (e.g., adoption, retention, NPS) and continuously optimize based on insights
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in fintech, including embedded finance, open banking, and real-time payments

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in fintech, digital payments, lending, or financial APIs
  • Demonstrated ability to ship and scale customer-facing fintech products
  • Strong understanding of product development processes, user research, and agile methodologies
  • Familiarity with financial compliance frameworks (e.g., KYC, AML, PCI-DSS, PDPA/GDPR)
  • Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a lean and fast-moving environment
  • Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal)
