Job Description

Job Description:

  • Support the end-to-end product lifecycle of LLM-based user and item features - from requirement analysis, research validation, to rollout and iteration.
  • Conduct LLM research benchmarking and work with algorithm teams to bring feature concepts into production.
  • Define evaluation criteria and participate in quality assessment of LLM-generated features.
  • Understand needs across traffic surfaces (Search, Recommendation, Food, Chat) and help translate scenario requirements into feature roadmaps.
  • Analyze A/B experiment results with downstream teams, identify issues, and propose actionable strategy iterations.
  • Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Algorithm, and Business teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Data, Product, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for LLMs, AI products, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams in a fast-moving environment.
  • Bonus: familiarity with search/recommendation systems, LLM evaluation, or A/B testing.
  • Full-time interns preferred
  • Part-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week are also welcome to apply
  • Minimum commitment is 3 months, January-April.
