Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead specific product projects as the primary PIC.
  • Support Product Managers by collecting and analyzing product data to aid decision-making.
  • Streamline communication between product teams and other departments.
  • Assist in standardizing process products like planning, reporting, and quality assurance.
  • Contribute to product experimentation and innovation initiatives.
  • Help manage feature prioritization, backlogs, and user stories.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and business units to align development with goals.
  • Conduct basic market research and analyze product performance metrics to suggest improvements.

Qualification

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in business, design, engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Familiarity with agile practices and product development concepts is a plus.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Passion for creating social impact, particularly in Indonesia's education sector.
