Product Manager I

The Product Manager I plays a pivotal role in defining and executing product strategies to deliver impactful and user-centric solutions that align with business objectives. This role is responsible for driving the product roadmap, setting and tracking OKRs, and translating strategy into actionable product initiatives. By collaborating with engineering, design, and other key stakeholders, the Product Manager I ensures a prioritized product backlog and the delivery of meaningful customer experiences.

Requirements

1. Have 1 to 3 years of product management experience, preferably within payment systems or related industries
2. Previous experience working in a startup or dynamic high-growth company a plus
3. Possesses a strong understanding of agile scrum methodology, product development processes, data-driven decision making, and business and market analysis.
4. Experience in agile scrum method
5. Strong team player with proven abilities to navigate stakeholders to deliver outcomes
6. Strong problem-solving skills and a data-oriented mindset; able to rely on data to understand various happenings and define & measure success on every project
