Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Product Manager role based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
The Product Manager will oversee the lifecycle of assigned products, including market research, requirements definition, roadmap planning, and feature prioritization.
Daily responsibilities include coordinating with HQ, sales, and marketing teams to align product development with market needs and business goals.
The role involves analyzing customer feedback and competitive trends, preparing product portfolio and training materials, and supporting go-to-market and launch activities.
The Product Manager will also monitor product performance, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to long-term product and portfolio strategy.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in product lifecycle management, including market analysis, requirements gathering, and roadmap development.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, sales, and marketing to deliver technology products.
- Strong analytical abilities for interpreting data, assessing market trends, and evaluating product performance and profitability.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder alignment, documentation, and customer-facing activities.
- Familiarity with computing hardware, AI infrastructure, or related technology domains is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
- Comfort working in an international environment and collaborating with global partners and teams.
