Role Description
We're looking for a Product Manager who thrives in fast-moving early-stage startup environments and loves turning ideas into impactful products. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, from engineering and design to business and operations, to define, build, and scale products that solve real customer problems.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration.
- Work closely with the business teams to build acquisition funnels, optimize conversion, and test messaging that attracts qualified leads.
- Analyze customer journeys from awareness to activation to uncover friction points and opportunities for improvement.
- Translate business goals and customer insights into clear product roadmaps and feature requirements.
- Work closely with engineering, operations, design, and business teams to deliver high-quality product releases on time.
- Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and analyze data to guide product decisions.
- Identify and prioritize product opportunities that drive user adoption, engagement, and revenue growth.
- Monitor product performance and define metrics for success.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring every product decision adds value to users.
- Thrive in ambiguity, adapt quickly, learn fast, and push for outcomes even with limited resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience as a Product Manager, Associate Product Manager in B2B AI, SaaS, fintech, or others B2B startup environments, preferable lending backgrounds.
- Proven experience in driving customer acquisition and improving conversion metrics.
- Building product from 0 to 1, and 1 to 100.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, able to assess complex challenges and make data-informed decisions.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, able to clearly articulate product vision and outcomes.
- Strong attention to detail, with proven ability to work thoroughly and accurately.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently cross-check work against requirements and standards

- Experience working with Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools
