Job Description

We are looking for a Product Manager who is equally comfortable building from zero and scaling what's working. In this role, you'll switch between both modes: launching new financial products and iterating on existing ones to drive deeper customer love. You'll own the full lifecycle: from identifying the problem worth solving, to shipping the solution, to measuring whether it actually worked. Our mission is to build the fairest financial services company in Indonesia and to get there, we need product people who obsess over the customer experience and hold themselves accountable to outcomes, not just outputs.

What you'll own:

  • Strategy contribution: Bring customer insight, market signals, and data to help shape the product strategy and roadmap for Financial Services. You won't just execute what's handed to you, you're expected to have a point of view on where the product should go and why
  • End-to-end product ownership: Drive initiatives from problem definition through launch and post-launch analysis. You own the outcome, not just the delivery
  • Roadmap prioritization: Work with the product lead to make sharp prioritization calls. Know what to push for, what to deprioritize, and be able to defend those decisions with data and reasoning
  • Cross-functional execution: Be the connective tissue between business, engineering, design, risk, and ops. Keep alignment tight, surface blockers early, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Customer and market depth: Continuously build understanding of Indonesian users and their financial needs, their behaviors, pain points, and unmet needs. Use that insight to sharpen product decisions and challenge assumptions
  • Craft: Write PRDs that teams can actually build from. Define acceptance criteria that leave no room for guessing. Ship things that work and measure whether they did

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of product management experience on consumer internet products
  • Execution track record: you've discovered an opportunity, driven the opportunity from 0 to shipped, measured impact, and iterated to make it scale. You know what good delivery looks like
  • Strong product instincts on consumer internet products: Financial services (Cash Loan, P2P, BNPL) experience is a plus. What matters is that you're curious about how financial products work and eager to go deep
  • Data fluency: you set metrics before you build, you can pull and interpret data independently, and you know what you're optimizing for
  • Clear communicator: your written and verbal communication is crisp. Your PRDs don't leave everyone guessing
  • High ownership: you take problems seriously, follow through without being chased, and ask for help when you're stuck rather than when it's too late
