Develop a marketing and brand strategy for (assigned category) new and existing products (product management).
Develop brand communication and promotion materials, provide communication guidance to sales team.
Drive marketing program implementation, monitor and review the program effectiveness.
Drive Brand performance, manage marketing budget and P & L.
Build and manage strong relationship and partnership with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) and establish strong endorsement with Association.
Lead effective internal collaboration to promote solid teamwork and ensure company's target achievement.

Candidate must possess minimum a bachelor's degree, Pharmacy/Pharmacology or Science.
At least 4 year(s) of working experience in a Pharmaceutical company with the same level and preferred in the area of child care, gastro, internis, and general medicines.
