Job Description

Responsibilities

What You Will Do:

Contribute to the formulation of the product vision
Deliver products that solve clients problems in situations where a lot of the details of the solutions need to be clarified and defined
Able to produce medium-term product roadmap (approx up to next 6 months)
Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact and customer value
Work closely with engineering and design teams to translate requirements into actionable user stories and specifications.
Manage the product backlog and ensure timely delivery of features
Act as the bridge between business, technology, and customer need

Requirements

Person We Are Looking For

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
Min. 2-3 years of experience in product management role and 3-5 years of experience in IT-related fields
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Leadership and collaboration skills to work across team
Full WFO at Wisma 46 Jakarta Pusat
