Product Manager- Data

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Product Manager to drive the delivery and evolution of data products across the organization. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and the Data Engineering team, ensuring data products are designed, delivered, maintained, and continuously improved to meet business objectives.

This role requires strong expertise in data products, data models, project planning, stakeholder management, agile delivery practices, and dashboard governance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Product Management/Data Product Management owning product discovery, requirements gathering, prioritisation, and delivery.
• Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, data warehousing, ETL/ELT pipelines, and analytics platforms.
• Experience working with Data Engineering and Analytics teams.
• Proven experience creating user stories, managing product backlogs, and delivering data-driven initiatives.
• Strong technical understanding of modern data platforms and data engineering ecosystems, including Snowflake, Databricks, and Amazon Redshift.
• Hands-on experience translating ambiguous business problems into clear, actionable product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications for engineering teams.
• Proven ability to collaborate closely with engineering, data, and business stakeholders to define scalable product solutions.
• Experience working with data-intensive products, analytics platforms, or enterprise data solutions is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exposure to data governance and metadata management practices.
