The Product team builds systems that power how financial operations run at scale. Beyond features, the team defines how core processes behave — ensuring systems are reliable, consistent, and able to handle real-world complexity.

Working closely with Engineering, Finance, and Operations, the team translates complex requirements into structured system logic and builds platforms that are not only scalable, but also usable by internal teams to manage day-to-day financial operations.

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Lead – Customer Fund Management (CFM) to design and own systems behind fund movement, settlement, reconciliation, and General Ledger flows, including the backoffice tools used by Finance and Operations teams.

You will work on building structured and scalable systems that ensure transactions are processed consistently, while enabling internal teams to monitor, manage, and reconcile financial activities effectively.

You'll be working on:

• Designing transaction lifecycle and system behavior end-to-end
• Building settlement and reconciliation flows across multiple channels
• Designing and improving General Ledger-related processes (transaction recording, balance tracking, accounting flows)
• Defining handling for retries, duplicates, and delayed confirmations
• Building or improving backoffice tools and dashboards used by Finance and Operations teams
• Improving operational visibility for transaction monitoring and issue handling
• Translating business requirements into scalable and structured system design
• Qualifications
• 5–7 years of Product Management experience
• Experience with backend or system-oriented products
• Strong problem-solving and structured thinking
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Finance, Ops)

What We're Looking For

We are specifically looking for candidates who have built or designed financial systems and internal tools, not just used or integrated them.

Strong candidates typically have experience in:

• Designing or owning General Ledger systems or ledger-like platforms
• Designing or owning reconciliation systems (transaction matching, discrepancy handling)
• Designing or owning settlement or fund flow systems
• Building systems used by Finance or Operations teams (backoffice / internal tools)
• Defining how financial data is recorded, processed, and tracked across systems

Examples of relevant experience:

• Defining system logic for transaction lifecycle
• Designing reconciliation or settlement pipelines
• Handling duplicate events, retries, and delayed confirmations
• Structuring how balances or transaction states are updated
• Building dashboards or tools used for transaction monitoring and reconciliation

❗ Not suitable if experience is primarily:

• Integrating payment APIs or SDKs
• Configuring ERP systems (e.g., SAP usage only)
• Operating or monitoring reconciliation processes without system ownership
• Building only UI or feature-level payment flows
