PT Kredit Biro Indonesia Jaya (Credit Bureau Indonesia, CBI) as one of the private credit bureaus in Indonesia has been established since 2014 and obtained an operational license from Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) as
Lembaga Pengelola Informasi Perkreditan (LPIP) in 2015.
In November 2021, after obtaining approval from OJK, CBI received additional capital from shareholders and appointed a new management team, which aims to provide new and leading-edge services and products. This new identity will also strengthen CBI's position as the best-in-class, modern and innovative credit bureau in Indonesia.

Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and execution-oriented Product Manager to join Credit Bureau Indonesia (CBI) to manage and enhance Bureau B2B products while supporting selected D2C initiatives under Skorku. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, commercial, operations, compliance, and external partners to deliver scalable, compliant, and customer-focused fintech products.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience across fintech, banking, lending, credit bureau, B2B SaaS, or API-driven platforms, with a proven track record of driving product execution in fast-paced environments. This individual is highly analytical, commercially minded, technically proficient, and able to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, data, operations, compliance, business teams, and external partners, while independently managing priorities, influencing senior stakeholders, and balancing strategic product direction with hands-on execution.
Job Description
- Lead the development, enhancement, and execution of Bureau B2B products.
- Drive product roadmap planning and prioritization aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from banks, fintech companies, enterprise clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare PRDs/BRDs, user stories, API requirements, workflows, and UAT test cases to support product development and delivery.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, data, operations, compliance, and commercial teams to ensure scalable and successful product implementation.
- Monitor product performance metrics including adoption, API latency, hit rate, operational efficiency, and revenue impact, and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct market and competitor research across fintech, credit bureau, and AI ecosystems to identify trends and product opportunities.
- Support product demos, proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives, client onboarding, and commercial discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support selected D2C initiatives, including embedded finance partnerships and mini-app experiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, or related fields.
- 5–8 years of Product Management experience, preferably in fintech, banking, lending, credit bureau, B2B SaaS, risk products, or API-based platforms.
- Proven experience managing B2B digital products, system integrations, and enterprise client requirements.
- Strong capability in preparing PRDs/BRDs, user stories, workflows, functional specifications, and UAT documentation.
- Good understanding of APIs, product workflows, system architecture, and collaboration with engineering teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experienced in roadmap execution, prioritization, SIT/UAT coordination, and post-launch monitoring.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal, is mandatory.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Preferred
- Experience in credit bureau, lending, alternative data, embedded finance, or consumer fintech products.
- Familiarity with Indonesia's financial services ecosystem and OJK-related regulations.
- Experience managing both B2B and consumer-facing product initiatives.
- Exposure to AI-related products, recommendation engines, or productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Cursor, Figma, Jira, and Confluence.
- Strong presentation, communication, and client management skills.
