Product Manager

Job Description :

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Gather and prioritize requirements based on user needs, data, and impact.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and stakeholders to deliver features.
• Manage product backlog, write PRDs, and oversee execution (Agile/Scrum).
• Track performance using KPIs and optimize through data and experiments.
• Ensure strong user experience through continuous feedback and iteration.

Requirements :

• 1–3+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or marketplace.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable using data to drive decisions.
• Good understanding of end-to-end business operations (e.g., supply chain, pricing, inventory, order flow).
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, business).
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum and writing PRDs or user stories.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
