Job Description:

  • Lead product roadmap for Different Shopee Campaigns(like 11.11, Super brand day, voucher campaigns), effectively prioritise business and product opportunities from a wide range of inputs, and ensure alignment with all stakeholders
  • Cooperate close with campaign owner to define potential operational pain points, and in charge of the product usability and effectiveness after feature release
  • Work with Engineering and Data Science, design and implement intelligent strategy to provide personalised campaign experience for different buyers
  • Drive performance excellency of your product through creative and practical problem solving, as well as extensive data analysis and experimentation
  • Spearhead cross-functional projects with efficient scope, timeline and stakeholder management, focusing on quick iterations and maximum impact


  • At least 2+ years experience in product management, with hands-on experience in UX design and system design. Preferably with prior experience in internet/ecommerce marketing or retail/FMCG marketing
  • BS in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience preferred. Candidates with no prior product management experiences will be considered if they have technical or data science background
  • Strong stakeholder and project management skills, able to prioritise and make decisions after considering long term and short term business goals
  • Care deeply about user experience and passionate about problem solving
  • Independent and self-motivated, and has a strong sense of ownership
  • Open to taking on new and exploratory projects
  • Strong communication skills in both persuasion and presentation
  • Well-versed in English (spoken and writing), proficiency in one or more Southeast Asian / Latin American languages (optional) to facilitate cross-border communications and collaboration
