Job Description:

• Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
• Define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on customer feedback, market trends, and business goals.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and improve product positioning.
• Lead product development from concept, planning, and execution through to product launch.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, including planning, resource coordination, timeline management, and risk mitigation.
• Communicate product vision, strategy, and project updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor product performance, analyze KPIs, and recommend continuous improvements based on post-launch insights.
• Drive product innovation by identifying emerging technologies and market opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• 3–5 years of Product Management experience, preferably in the hardware or technology industry.
• Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management, market analysis, and customer needs.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for technology, innovation, and delivering customer-centric products.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools is an advantage.
