WE'RE HIRING: PRODUCT MANAGER

We are looking for a Product Manager who can lead the development and growth of our digital stock market education and trading products. This role will be responsible for translating user needs and business objectives into innovative product solutions, while ensuring exceptional user experiences and measurable business outcomes.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging, data-driven, and scalable digital products that empower users to learn, practice, and grow their investing knowledge with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from market research and user discovery to product launch and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business goals, customer needs, and market opportunities.
- Collaborate with Design, Technology, Marketing, Content, and Business teams to ensure successful product delivery.
- Gather and analyze user feedback, market trends, and competitor insights to identify opportunities for product innovation.
- Define product requirements, user stories, and success metrics while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor product performance and leverage analytics to optimize user engagement, retention, and product effectiveness.
- Ensure product compliance with applicable industry regulations and best practices.
- Drive the development of interactive learning experiences, including gamification features, quizzes, educational video modules, and trading simulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Development, or a related role.
- Experience building, launching, and managing digital products, mobile applications, or web-based platforms.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and product development processes.
- Familiarity with product management and collaboration tools such as Figma, Notion, Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Experience using product analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in EdTech, FinTech, Capital Markets, or Financial Services industries.
- Understanding of stock trading, investment products, and capital market fundamentals.
- Experience developing educational platforms, learning management systems, or subscription-based digital products.
- Professional certifications related to capital markets, investment, or financial services (WMI, WPPE, or equivalent).
