About The Role

AJARI is seeking a full-time Product Manager (IT) to join our team in Jakarta Metropolitan Area. As a Product Manager (IT), you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and develop software products that meet the needs of our clients. You will serve as the liaison between the business and IT teams, communicating product vision and requirements to the development team and ensuring that the end product meets business needs. This is an on-site role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner/ Product Manager or similar role in the software development industry
• Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and launch software products
• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum framework
• Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively communicate product vision, priorities, and requirements to diverse stakeholders
• Strong Analytical Skills, Product Management, and Business Analysis skills
• Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, and Asana
• Experience with AI and machine learning is a plus
• Fluent in English are preferable
