- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Data Science, BI, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable and reliable system enhancements.
- Improve internal data dashboards and reporting frameworks to ensure accurate metric definitions, performance tracking, and stakeholder visibility.
- Drive integration and deployment of AI-powered capabilities into production systems, including defining evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and success metrics.
- Own product requirements for media-related capabilities, including SDK enhancements, video processing flows, playback performance, and upload stability.
- Strengthen core platform infrastructure to improve scalability, reliability, and cross-surface integration.
- Translate business objectives and technical opportunities into clear product requirements and structured PRDs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable University majoring in Computer Science or related fields.
- Have 1-3 years of working experience preferably in e-commerce
- Good analytic skill and problem solving
- Proficient in SQL, Python (or any other programming related to data analysis)
- Good communication and proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia & English, both verbal and written.
- Strong ownership, able to proactively drive initiatives from ideation to execution.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, able to effectively align and manage expectations across diverse stakeholders.
