Job Description:

Coordinate with regional and local stakeholders to manage overall content moderation, content understanding and fraud prevention strategies.
Understanding business, policy, and operations needs and pain points to build product solutions.
Align with the stakeholders on the product prioritisation, timeline, and progress.
Independent PRD design and project management to ensure the feature is developed according to the requirements.
Coordinate with QA on the User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Provide insights on local market's contexts, competitors, trends, and performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree from a reputable University majoring in Computer Science or related fields.
Have 1-3 years of working experience as product management preferably in e-commerce / content platforms with content moderation, risk, or fraud background.
Proficient in Ms. Excel, Figma, Powerpoint Google Sheets, Slides.
Good communication and proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia & English, both verbal and written. Will be nice if can speak Chinese.
Strong ownership, able to proactively drive initiatives from ideation to execution.
Strong stakeholder management skills, able to effectively align and manage expectations across diverse stakeholders.
