(Product Manager + Product Designer | Hybrid Role)

Modernvet, we're building technology to make pet healthcare more accessible and seamless. We're looking for a
Product Lead who can combine
product thinking and product design to turn real problems into simple, impactful product experiences.
This role is perfect for a
builder someone who enjoys understanding problems deeply, designing elegant solutions, and shipping improvements that actually move the business.
You will work closely with
engineering, medical, operations, marketing, and leadership teams to shape and deliver product experiences across our
mobile app, website, and internal tools.
What You'll Do
Own the Product End-to-End
You'll drive the full product lifecycle from
problem discovery to shipped product.
- Identify real problems from customers and internal teams
- Run product discovery and define clear solutions
- Design user flows and product experiences
- Work with engineers to build and launch features
- Measure results and continuously improve the product
Build Products That Drive Impact
Your work will directly improve:
- Customer retention

Shape the Product Experience
As a hybrid
PM + Designer, you will:
- Design clear, modern, mobile-first user experiences
- Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, flows, and UI design
- Maintain and improve the design system and component library
- Run quick usability tests and iterate fast
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who combines
product thinking, design taste, and execution speed.
You likely:
- Have experience improving customer journeys and product metrics
- Are data-driven and comfortable using analytics tools (e.g. Mixpanel, Metabase)
- Are fluent in Figma (components, auto-layout, responsive thinking)
- Can write clear product specs and user stories for engineering teams
- Are comfortable balancing product priorities, trade-offs, and stakeholder needs
- Move fast, iterate often, and ship improvements continuously
- Are excited about using AI tools in product development and design
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare, veterinary, or service-based products
- Experience with payments, booking systems, CRM/chat tools, or loyalty systems
- Basic technical understanding to collaborate effectively with engineers
