Product Lead (E-Commerce/Banking)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for digital healthcare systems (e.g., EMR, patient apps, telemedicine, HIS).
• Conduct market research, user analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, and feature specifications.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, UI/UX, operations, clinical, and business teams.
• Ensure product delivery meets quality standards, budget, and timelines.
• Monitor product performance using data-driven insights to optimize user experience and workflow efficiency.
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle, including development, launch, improvement, and scaling.
• Act as the primary product ambassador, communicating updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably within the healthcare, hospital, or digital health industry.
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems, operational workflows, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven track record of driving successful product launches.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Willing to be placed in Karawaci, Tangerang (Siloam Hospitals Head Office)
