- Defined and executed the product vision and strategy for lending products, ensuring alignment with market trends, customer needs, and business goals.
- Led cross-functional teams, collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, and business development teams to develop and launch innovative lending solutions.
- Spearheaded ideation, prioritization, and development of new features, driving adoption and revenue growth.
- Conducted market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and expansion.
- Established and monitored KPIs to measure the success of product initiatives and strategic partnerships.
- Evangelized lending products internally and externally, presenting to executive leadership, partners, and customers.
- Continuously monitored product performance, gathered user feedback, and iterated on features to enhance user experience and engagement.
- Stayed ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product innovation.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
- Proven experience in product management within the lending industry (SME/Consumer lending preferred).
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align multiple teams and drive decisions.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with a structured and analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and execute projects effectively.
- Experience in defining KPIs, analyzing product performance, and iterating on features.
- Familiarity with market research, competitive analysis, and emerging trends in fintech and lending.
