Product Intern, ASTRNT Platform (Paid)

About this Role

As a Product Intern, ASTRNT Platform, you will directly influence our product usability by identifying friction points and validating new features before they reach our users.

You will bridge the gap between initial concepts and polished functionality, ensuring our platform remains intuitive and efficient. This role exists to provide structured support to our team rapidly iterating our platform, designing and engineering in fast partnership with users.

Your day will involve hands-on testing, prototyping with Claude and design tools, and translating user feedback into clear, actionable reports. You will work closely with those validate ideas and maintaining the documentation that keeps our development cycles moving quickly. Success in this role means providing the precision and reliability that allows our team to make informed, high-value product decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or current student in any discipline.
• Recent graduate or final-year student with up to 1 year of experience.
• Working-level proficiency in English for reporting and team collaboration.
• Demonstrated experience in building, designing, or prototyping projects, including personal or no-code work.
• Proficiency in Figma and Claude for testing and prototyping tasks.
• Reliability in following project boundaries and maintaining core code integrity.
• Clear, concise communication skills for documentation and bug reporting.
• Nice to have: Evidence of prior independent technical or design projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Test new features and fixes across the ASTRNT platform to ensure high usability and performance.
• Report bugs and usability friction with detailed steps, screenshots, and priorities to improve team efficiency.
• Validate new product ideas by executing user flows and summarizing comparative findings.
• Create clear, actionable reports to guide engineers and specialists on necessary improvements.
• Coordinate task priorities with a rotating team buddy to maintain project momentum.
• Document testing activities and findings to build a reusable knowledge base for the product team.
• Support designers and engineers by prototyping flows using Claude and Figma.
